The activities of the Firm in this area includes advising foreign and domestic banks on Italian banking law, financial products, export credit and credit insurance. It assists banks before Italian regulatory authorities and has wide experience in negotiating and drafting both straightforward and sophisticated credit facilities and loan agreements as well as contractual documentation required for internationally financed transactions. The Firm also studies and drafts new financial products, articulate financial and tax transactions also for the purposes of compliance with EU Law. The Firm has been advising public institutions and private entities in connection with acquisitions and/or dismissals of public and private banks.
