The Firm deals with Italian and international corporate matters, including the establishment and reorganization of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and project financings. In particular, the Firm provides legal advice, as well as out-of-court and litigation assistance, to domestic and international entities, including listed companies, alternative investment funds and venture capital, in relation to all ordinary and extraordinary corporate activities, including - by way of example - mergers and acquisitions, equity transactions, issue of bonds and financial instruments, companies’ reorganizations; the Firm provides also assistance in connection with corporate governance issues, as well as in relation to business contract matters. It has been recently created a group of attorneys specialized in providing assistance in connection with the development of business activities of starts-up through special or simplified types of companies (s.r.l.s. e s.r.l.c.r.).

The Firm also has significant expertise in Italian and international antitrust, bankruptcy, employment law, real estate and intellectual property matters.
