Mauro Politi, born on September 13, 1944; admitted 1969, Italy. Education: University of Florence Law School (J.D., 1966); Columbia University, School of International Affairs, Research Fellow (1968); Yale Law School, Research Fellow (1979-1980). Former Judge, Court of Milan, 1975-1983. Visiting Foreign Lawyer, White & Case, New York, 1985-1986. Full-tenure Professor of International and EC Law, University of Trento; Member, editorial staff of several law reviews. Presently on leave of absence as Judge at the International Criminal Court, The Hague.
